Construction drawings to get the job done


	A labyrinth, wind garden with flowing ornamental grasses and kinetic sculpture and strolling garden make this design unique. This strolling garden featured fragrant plants, color almost year round, places to sit and great views of Fair Oaks. These details are part of a set showing an early California style estate's water features. This fountain was built outside the formal dining room as a focal point. It also screens less attractive views behind. The first detail is the entry gates for vehicles and pedestrians, made of wood and wrought iron. Other details show stairs and an outdoor cooking area. This series of structures shades the home's windows, and a large deck creates a natural transition between an elevated floor and the garden. This planting plan features a lot of edible landscaping and trees for shade. Tight spaces in this landscape were specified as intimate Spanish style patios, complete with custom designed tile. Extensive concrete banding in the driveway disguises its utilitarian nature. Underground cells allow a lawn space to accept occasional traffic, transorming the driveway into another green area.
