We meet with you on site before starting the design options so that we can learn more about how you live, your style and how you wish to use your outdoor spaces. If desired, this meeting may be included in the package price.

This package, unlike sketch consults, uses a scaled plan. If your site is mostly flat, we will include site measurement for design purposes in this package. If it is large or hilly, we'll need a professional survey showing the sites features and topography.

We also take photos for reference.

We develop a series of illustrated conceptual landscape designs, then present them to you in a meeting.

We store the base plan and design information, in case you ever want to develop a concept into detailed construction drawings and get bids.
